ZentrY grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive license to install and run the software on personal or commercial Windows devices.

Free Tier: All standard downloading, multi-segment acceleration, and browser integration features are 100% Free Forever with zero advertisements or trial lockouts.
Pro Tier (Future): Optional paid automation add-ons support ongoing cloud server maintenance.

2. Lawful & Ethical Use

You agree to use ZentrY IDM only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or copyright authorization to download any content retrieved with this tool.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer or contributors be liable for network interruptions, host rate limits, or damages arising from software use.
